Honda introduced its GB25 and GB40 outboards to the U.S. ![]() BRP also added iTrim, a system that automatically trims the outboard based on load and rpm, and customizable color panels to match the engine with the hull. BRP integrated power steering into the engine to offer a better piloting experience, and (though the concept had been done before) the company mounted the oil reservoir inside the cowling to save space.
